We moved about 1 month ago in Kyrenia and were looking for an apartment to rent. Fortunately, we met Maxim Zayed. He has been patient with us and found a great apartment for reasonable price! Definitely can recommend Maxim as qualified real estate agent to everyone!!!

Buying an apartment couldn’t have been any easier. I work for a construction tool company in Switzerland and tough I enjoy Switzerland a lot, I do long to live in a hot place or at least spend some time on an island for a few months during the year. I got in touch with Maxim who has made this journey an easy and absolutely smooth one. Starting all the way from an apartment search, down to discussion with construction company, everything went so well,  despite my lack of Turkish language. Maxim gave me an overview of several apartments and did a fantastic job in listening to what I was looking for. I have now found and bought my new home in North Cyprus and even after signing the deal, Maxim still assists when needed. Be it a bank account, tax office, land office, Maxim is there all the way!

Maxim is a reliable and trust worthy individual that is always ready to extend a helping hand to the needy. I have known him for a long time and he is one of the best friends I have been lucky to have.
