What is Required for Entry to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus?

ENTERING THE COUNTRY
People who will come to our country by air-sea routes and using land border gates from outside the island must fill out their digital travel documents as stated below and create their records before the journey. Creation of the Digital Travel Document will be available to persons aged 6 years and above.
SINCE 29.11.2021, DIGITAL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE FILLED WITHIN THE LAST 72 HOURS BEFORE THE TRAVEL.
To create the digital travel document:
It is obligatory to download the Stay Safe application from the Apple Store or Android Market to their smart devices, to create the Digital Travel Document from within the application and to keep it with them in the digital form at the entrance.
Those who do not have a smart device are required to fill out the Digital Travel Document at www.guvendekalkktc.com. They will have the completed form with them when they enter the country as a printout.
People who will enter our country and do not need to go into quarantine according to the country entry criteria will create a Digital Travel Document from the "Travel Code Transactions" section of the "Stay Safe Application". People who will enter our country between the ages of 6-12 will also create a Digital Travel Document from this section.
Travelers who need to enter quarantine according to the country entry criteria, must show their address in our country and create a Digital Travel Document from the "Wristband Transactions" section of the "Stay Safe Application". (except for children under 12 years old)
Persons who do not show their address of residence in our country and who will stay in central quarantine according to the color codes of the country they come from at the determined central quarantine hotels will create a Digital Travel Document from the "Travel Transactions Code" section of the "Stay Safe Application".
Citizens of the Republic of Turkey can upload their HES codes, vaccination documents and PCR test results to the Digital Travel Document.
People who will enter the country can save their vaccination documents and PCR test results by using the cameras of their devices, by reading the QR on the vaccination documents and PCR test results with the QR reader in the application.
Persons who will enter the quarantine will go to their promised residence addresses, either alone or accompanied by a driver, with their own vehicles. Persons who do not comply with the quarantine rules at their residence addresses will be sent to the central quarantine, and people will pay the quarantine fees themselves. Wristbands cannot be worn for persons under the age of 12 for quarantine purposes.



A) COUNTRY COLORS
-The current table and entry criteria regarding the color codes of the countries will be applied as of 29.11.2021.
B) RULES TO APPLY ACCORDING TO COUNTRY COLORS

DARK RED;
Persons who have traveled to these countries in the last 14 days, regardless of whether they have been vaccinated;
Pre-trip Last 72 hours negative PCR result
10 Day Quarantine.
Covid-19 test will be taken at the end of the quarantine.

RED;
VACCINATION or have had COVID-19;
Negative PCR result for the last 72 hours before the trip.
Quarantine-free entrance.
A covid-19 test will be conducted 72 hours after the date of entry into the country.
UNVACCINED;
Negative PCR result for the last 72 hours before the trip.
7 days quarantine
Covid-19 test will be taken at the end of the quarantine.

ORANGE;
VACCINATION or have had COVID-19;
Negative PCR result for the last 72 hours before the trip.
Quarantine-free entrance 
UNVACCINED;
Negative PCR result for the last 72 hours before the trip.
5 days quarantine.
Covid-19 test will be taken at the end of the quarantine.

GREEN;
VACCINATION or have had COVID-19;
No restrictions.
UNVACCINED;
Negative PCR result for the last 72 hours before the trip.
Quarantine-free entrance.


C) GENERAL RULES;
VACCINATED PERSON: Completed the vaccination program. From 14 days after the last dose.
SINOVAC: 2 DOSES
BIONTECH: 2 DOSES
SINOPHARM: 2 DOSES
COMIRNATY (Pfizer/Biontech): 2 DOSES
VAXZEVRIA (Astrazeneca/Oxford): 2 DOSES
COVID-19 Vaccine Johnson and Johnson: 1 DOSAGE
SPUNIK V: 2 DOSES
MODERNA: 2 DOSES
NOVAVAX: 2 DOSES
Persons will be considered as vaccinated if they receive two different doses of the above-mentioned vaccines.
People who have had Covid-19 disease and have had 1 dose of vaccine will be considered as vaccinated.
Person who has had the disease: Submitting a positive PCR test result between 30-180 days before travel. These people will be considered as vaccinated persons.
Children under the age of 18 will be able to enter the country in accordance with the PCR test rules (children over 6 years old) according to the country category they came from with their parents who have been vaccinated and have had the disease in the above definition.
Passengers will be evaluated according to the country in the highest risk group among the countries they have been in in the last 10 days.
